A little over a year ago, we hired two recent MSC Grads that we interviewed through the AIMS medical recruiting. Today those two reps not only perform at the top of their class but they are in the top 10% nationally! I feel the education they learn at MSC is a great foundation to build on in the field. The reps are eager to learn and energetic to produce. I am very pleased in the quality reps they have provided. I look forward to meeting more talented individuals that come out of MSC.

Given the effort it takes these days to search out a quality candidate, on-board, and get a new hire up to speed, having a resource such as Medical Sales College to present quality candiates with the drive and initial OR/proceedure training is a huge advantage. In fact my last hire from MSC, finished #1 in her training class, and is already making a positive impact in her territory.

I have had a great experience with the staff at the Medical Sales College. The students are well prepared for the challenges and opportunties in the Medical Device industry. I have been pleased with the skill set of the graduate canidates I have interviewed and I feel there is value to programs offered at the Medical Sales College to be successful in this industry. Jim, When the opportunity arises, I would like to address the next class or classes moving through the MSC program. I see this as an integral piece to our future expansion plans, and wanted to start to prep the various graduates. MSC has been my go to source for Orthopaedic Sales Professionals as I grow my sales team. I know when I sit down to interview an MSC graduate or an MSC student, this individual has already gone through the MSC application and selection process and this individual has invested their own time and money. This, in my mind, shows commitment, determination and drive. I am very excited to learn that MSC is newly approved as a State approved Medical Sales College. This accreditation, along with my company requirement of yearly Orthopaedic Sales Training Certification, is a value statement to my customers. I want only the best on my team and MSC helps me find them.
